Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for 28 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated if 28 days have elapsed since your purchase, except during the Christmas period, wherein refunds will be accepted until the 20th of January of the following year.

Returned items must be in an unworn and undamaged condition, free from any signs of soiling. Soiled items encompass those with animal hairs, makeup-related damages, or dirt. Additionally, any items that have been washed or treated before returning will be regarded as soiled, as will items carrying strong odours such as tobacco or feed smells.

Please ensure that returned goods retain their original labels, tags, and ideally, their initial packaging. Avoid taping or writing on the original packaging before returning an item. Footwear should only be tried on over carpeted or indoor flooring, and returned items must not have been worn outdoors. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Directly returning your purchase to the manufacturer is discouraged.

Partial refunds may be considered in specific circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
