Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 28 days from the date of purchase. However, if more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except during the Christmas period when we accept refunds until January 20th of the following year.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and free from any signs of soiling. Soiled items include those with animal hairs, makeup-related damages, or dirt. Additionally, we consider any items that have been washed or treated before returning as soiled, as well as items carrying strong odors such as tobacco or feed smells.

Please ensure that returned goods retain their original labels, tags, and, ideally, their initial packaging. Avoid taping or writing on the original packaging before returning an item. Additionally, footwear should only be tried on over carpeted or indoor flooring, and returned items must not have been worn outdoors. Rest assured, obviously your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

We consider partial refunds under specific circumstances, such as:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

- Items returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a designated period.

Sale items (if applicable):

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to: Cheshire Game Ltd, Sandford Industrial Park, Sandford, Whitchurch, Shropshire SY13 2AN.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted. Depending on your location, the duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Finally, for items valued over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the successful receipt of your returned item.
