Delivery

Cheshire Game Ltd UK wide delivery operations are highly geared toward timing and efficiency in the best possible way. Hence, our customers can trust that we actively optimise transit timing to minimise the duration game birds spend in crates and chick boxes. We schedule deliveries at the most suitable times for the birds' well-being.

Chick Orders; We promptly transfer chick orders to temperature-controlled vehicles for delivery the following morning upon order completion.

Poult Deliveries; will arrive AM and are classified in two categories dependant upon distance;

1. Below 150 mile radius: Poult deliveries within this distance radius are loaded AM, one hour after daybreak to allow birds to feed and drink prior to loading.

2. Above 150 mile radius: Poult deliveries outside of this radius are loaded after 8pm in the evening and transported overnight for AM delivery and daybreak release. Overnight transit is during the natural resting time for the birds during which, darkness will help to minimise stress.

Areas: We purposefully design our poult delivery vehicles and trailers to ensure both long-distance transportation and the comfort of the birds in transit. The suitability of our vehicles for this purpose allows us to deliver to slightly more remote areas to include Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.
